You know, this is an awesome picture. I absolutely love it.Not to be picky or anything, or put you down, and definitely not to be mean (because I love this picture), but the arms do seem a bit too thin.
Now, I know how hard it is to draw arms, trust me, I usually hide the arms the best I can from how hard it is to get them completely right, and not all squiggly or looking like a mess or something.. I believe that is really, for this type of picture, all you need to work on.
Now, if you don't notice, its a completely awesome pic...well..either way it is. Keep up the good work and keep practicing.
