Okay, I'm not the best with cc, but here's some:
The pink-haired girl's hips are too small, especially since her legs are that big (it seems to go inward there, ouch), this make it look like she has squeezed herself in way to small shorts. Also, I think her navel is too much to the left. When drawing details, think about where you are placing them.
And the brown-haired's face is rather form-less. Think a bit about how real faces are. Actually, a good way to learn to draw is to observe stuff. And I don't mean just copying pics (though that can help some too...but you should try drawing something one your own), but just look around you and see how everything look.^^ (Her hands are also too small, btw)
Also, draw. Alot. If there is one thing you think you have trouble with, you should try drawing that thing on it's own, untill you think you've figured it out. Don't try to avoid drawing it too much (like having the hands behind the back, or in the pockets all the time, if it's those you have trouble with), it's gonna be too obvious after a while.
And try to have your pics bigger, makes it easier to see things.
