Bennu version 2

Age: 16
Height: 5’7”
Weight: 106 lbs.
Anthromorph: emperor penguin
Symbol: shamrock
About Bennu: Bennu was a phoenix-like mythological bird in ancient Egyptian mythology. It was a crane-like looking bird which was a symbol of resurrection- which is was a phoenix is- life after death.
Special Attributes: has penguin flippers for swimming- which make it hard for him to wear shirts. He has a flat triangular tail that goes about to the back of his knees. Sometimes I will draw him with a beak shape face- but I prefer not too, I like my anthros to look more human than anthro. i.e. a snout or a beat is always last option for me.
Outfit: his out fit is cute and casual, he has on MANTHONGSANDLES! Yay! His shorts are not cut for his tail but go underneath it, his boxers do have a slit for his tail to fit through.

I am pretty proud of this reference a lot! Not only because its of my hunny but I’m proud for once on how I drew male anatomy. His arms look a little long- but I finally proportioned legs right. I’m not sure- but I think I may have made my Danny a little too buff… but I love it – and him ;}

Supplies used: sketched in .9mm lead mechanical pencil, roller ball ink pen, and fine tip sharpie used for detailed inking, regular sharpie used for inking dark outline. Colored in Ergosoft colored pencils, blended with eraser, text redone on computer.
