Bin-chan
my latest anthro reference in a while! this character is not based off of any of my friends like most of my characters are- Kiedo kinda just came from my head. a while ago - i think last year i designed a dragonfly tattoo and found the drawing in my old drawing binder and just fell in love w/ the wing pattern and decided to whip up a dragonfly anthro. she kept me from doing most of my homework last night- and i finished her during free periods and class at school. she turned out better than i expected. enjoy!
Kiedo reference version 1.0

Species: dragonfly
Height: 4'5”
Weight: 95 lbs.
About the name Kiedo: i love the word "kiddo" so i changed it a little bit- its cutish-
Special Attributes: my character Kiedo is based off a dragonfly obviously so i gave her eye-like structures on the top of her head, and lil claw feelers on the side of her face. her tail is like a dragonfly's and she is small short and lightweight.
Outfit: her outfit consists of a yellow boddess, stockings, and a shear peasant shirt. she has a bunch of bracelets to accent her color scheme of fire. her long red hair is touseled to keep it from annoying her wings.

:::: Supplies used :::: sketched in .9mm lead mechanical pencil, roller ball ink pen, and fine tip sharpie used for detailed inking, regular sharpie used for inking dark outline. Colored in Ergosoft colored pencils, blended with eraser, text added on MS paint.
Ran_The_HyenaDid I say "Combonded"? I'm not sure what word I was trying to use there, but it fits....

Ran_The_HyenaBeautiful picture, I'm really impressed by the detailing, especially in the vein patterns on the wings, something I've always found extremly difficult. I also like the way you've combonded the human and insect in the head, the eyes and feelers of the dragonn, along with the eyes and facial features of a human...perfection!! FAVEZZZZ!!!!
Pic and Artist!!!

skibalovesyaAhh... another cool one from Bin-chan. I love it, it's really pretty, but I only have one pet peeve about it: Dragonflies cannot move their wings at all, and her wings appear to be in different positions.

Unless, of course, you're taking poetic license? O.o;; (Like from God or something? X3;;;;)

HoneyPossumThat's really sweet. You clearly put a lot of thought and effort in to her. And a dragonfly? That's really original. I love how you made things about her really practical. And your colouring job is SO amazing.
