This is my fan art of Thel 'Vadam, the Arbiter, from Halo 2 and 3. It took a while to color it on the computer, but the end result was worth it. I love how well it turned out. I add some shading, and it kinda looks anime-like. This just goes to show how much I looooooove the Elites from Halo.
