Tis Chii, she's wearing somewhat normal clothes. She's accually Special Eddy's sister. Everyone calls them the Tsubachi Twins, even tho they were born a year apart. She's 17. Wow, she's one of my oldest feml characters! XD, I really don't draw girls much... but I like her... Even tho her hair is purple. I used to pants like that, but my mom thrw them out cuz they were all reiped at the bottom and stuff yeah.....
