Yes, this is my character Anyla in her dragon form.
She is a village elder in this village of dragon people, everyone in the village can turn full dragon, or have a more humanish form, but they will still have some of thier dragn features. Such as Anyla here, in her 'human' form, her skin is blue, she has fins of ears, she has a tail, on her calves and lower arms she has fins(she has hands tho). And she had blue hair.
So, her name is pronounced Ahn-ah-lah

I use my mouse, but I drew this is my drawing spiral then scanned it.I have a horribly shakey hand.
