And here is page 5! Finally some close-ups, I know they're kindaboring, but doesn't it feel so much more personal when you can actuallyreally see the characters faces up close? And it's me being lazy andwanting less complicated frames....but I like my first excuse better.
The last panel took way too long to complete, those dark monsters have a lot of details. Gah.

AriaGunnirHey there!  I really like your interpretation of the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe...  I think it is actually a good idea to get different angles and close-ups/farther away point-of-view shots: like tv and movies -- it's not visually a good idea to ONLY do close-ups or ONLY do full shots -- sometimes to add emphasis or to really "see" someone's emotion/expression when there is dialogue.  When you did the picture of Peter up close, this shows the reader the emotion on his face when he learns his sister is in trouble; Edmond and Aslan's close-up show an intimate moment that only they and the audience can see, and you see their expressions...  So I think that it is a nice contrast to the shot of Aslan and the Witch with the stone table in the background -- this shows foreshadowing of Aslan's death... Then the wide shot in the final panel is perfect to show all the hideous creatures and their dark motives.  Even in comic books this is something that happens, but they don't say it's because they are lazy, they say it's because they MEANT to do that! LOL
