Bertha- for Hei Bai

Hei Bai's prize for 2nd place in my contest. :3
This is her character, "Smily Face" Bertha.

It's a really neat design, and only after I finished this picture, did I realize that she was facing the wrong way to see her simly face eye. Sorry Grey! >.<

Anyway, I was going for the quazi-realistic look, kinda keeping with the cartooneyness of One Piece.

I know I said I wouldn't do a background, but I got carried away. I doodled a picture on some paper a week ago, but I didn't like it, so I sat down today and drew this. It really looked like it needed a background, so tada! Background!

Anyway, I'm doing prizes in the order people tell me what they want. Only one other person has. So, the sooner you tell me, the faster you get your picture...*hinthint*
