Dragon Tat

I love Eastern Art, especially the tattoos. I saw a tattoo that followed this almost mathmatical pricision with the design of the serpent/dragon's tail which was so perfect it didn't need any shading to look 3D. So I drew the tail trying to remember what I saw and adding the head in my own style along with the background and the meaningless text. Id really like any feedback you guys can give me.
