Vincent Tout-En-Collants

Another annoying character from my comic, but this one is really weird =P. Vincent T-E-C is what i call a "Messed Up Super Hero". His name is in french, but his english name could be Vincent All-In-Garment. Actually, his costume is a Atomic Betty (sorta) customized suit. XD I guess i'll keep this character for my random humor video flash, too, and i dont guess i'll let this look.
