Phoenix Senshi's uniform is obviously inspired by the Sailor Senshi, mostly in red and yellow, though a bit more elaborate than her Scout form. Her earrings are firedrops and she sports a very functional looking pair of red and gold wings on her back with a wingspan of at least 15 feet.
Special thanks to AG Studio for the suit. This took quite some time because I couldn't get the wings right.
