the hair is not so bad. Her face looks well put together, but her eyelashes are a bit off. Maybe look at a few portraits to see how eyelashes look. and dont forget bottom eyelashes! You did very well with the composition of the face, i just wish you would have tried shading a bit. And also, try not to dis yourself in the picture description!
