Stars and tears: Story behind a clown

This is a crazy idea that popped into my head while I was in the French lesson. What did you expect? French is boring and I'm so bad at it. <br />

I think it's pretty original. The contrast between black and white is something I always like in stuff, like shown between the mask and the face. My opinion is that this person might act happy and uncaring, but is in fact a very unhappy person under his mask.
