Chewy

I had a chewbacca image on my desktop for quite some time now. I was gonna use it as reference for modeling a super simplified chewbacca for my Maya Final but ran out of time. As I was gonna erase it of my desktop I remembered someone asking me to do a Chewbacca drawing after I did my Yoda. So since my 2 previous ones were 3D, I thought I'd go back to drawing. My main focus here was just to get a nice painterly look rather than a photo realistic rendering.

Whelp I forgot who asked for it, but here's to you! My last submission of the year. Happy "CHEW" Years everyone!
