Thanks for the nice comments. Its actually all done in ink. I sketched it out in pen. I felt it needed more black in areas but all i had around me were thin pens and some black ink. So I grabbed a small brush and used that. It turned out pretty cool having some texture and brush strokes within the sketch.

Thanks! Its funny cuz I felt that same way when I uploaded it. I guess its hard to capture something sleeping whether its an animal or human and make it not look like its dead. I did another sketch later at night that looks less lifeless. He was curled up in a ball so the pose looked better.
