These strange, equine-like beings have bar magnet ears, thick wire mane and tails, and a spooky stare. While they’re nothing like as mobile or graceful as their non-metallic counterparts, they’re every bit as sensitive and will bolt as loud noises or unexpected movements.
Magnequine enjoy eating iron filings and although rare are instantly detectable by the sharp "clang" of their horseshoe magnet hooves and the deep, resonant hum that seems to emanate from somewhere deep inside themselves.
