Whoops

Whoops should have been uploaded a few days ago... somehow he got left behind. Better late then never, I guess...

Poor little Whoops aren’t very scary, though they like to think they are. They spend most of their time drifting around the Pokemon cemeteries, looking for things to haunt (in reality “jumping out at things and giving them a little shock” is probably a more accurate description).
Whoops are a bit accident-prone and tend to get their tails trapped in doors (or drains, if they’re misguided enough to try floating up through the pipes). This doesn’t do much to bolster their “spooky” reputation...
