Is It Halloween Yet? #2

Okay this is obviously the same thing, I just changed it around, different hair,background,lipstick,nail polish,and eyes. I just remembered that I wanted to make a second verison. -shrugs- Don't know which one is better though. Like I said I had a good time doing this! Hurrrrray!
