Actually, this was redone, this my first version of this looked kind of odd. So I just had to fix it! This one looks more dreary too, I looked at both of them and I noticed how different they were, lol. Okay I didn't look at anything for this one! My own idea! ^-^

Living_Dead_Girlhehe... Nice pencil work!! And it's muchly good to draw piccies without looking at something ^^ References are a wonderful way to start, like crawling, but a baby's got to learn to walk and it can't do that unless it tries to. I have a lot of friends that would have been great artists, but they never tried to walk. Anyways, her expression is very nice and the shading adds a melancholic mood. You're not used to drawing bodies, but you can try to make them a bit bigger to be in proportion. A good way to study proportion is to just look at ppl when you're sitting alone or something. You can examine exactly how everything alignes. I know it sounds lame, but you'd be surprised what you never pay attention too XDD!

Candycane9No, I think you should continue giving me some advice, it does help! Criticism always helps, in my opinion.

Living_Dead_Girlhehe... Okays, that's good to hear ^^ Cos I had a friend's friend yell at me intensely because she didn't understand the difference between flaming and criting. I never found out why, they're quite different. Comment on the good, mention the bad, and suggest how to fix it as opposed to commenting on the bad and if there's nothing bad, make it up LOLOL! And it was never resolved, I didn't yell back, I was as kind and polite as possible. The bible says to kill your enemies with kindness, but I found the one person that doesn't work on XDD! Oh wells!

Candycane9Oh, she doesn't? I know, well, critizing..I feel better when they're telling me what's wrong with my pictures or anythin', and I know what I can improve on, or what I didn't do right. Lol.

Living_Dead_Girlhehe... That's good! You can usually tell when someone is being intentionally mean because they tend to insult the individual. It's cool to disagree; life would be pretty lame if everyone thought the same way. However, it isn't cool to yell and assume that everyone who doesn't think the same way as you is an idiot. I know a lot of people who think that way and it's upsetting XDD!

Candycane9Lol, yeah that's right. Everyone thinks differently than others, everyone has their own mind.
