Lunatic Charm!
It's hard to see what's going on here (kind of) well, her bat wings are close to her shoulders, and her hair is all over her wings. xD; It's kind of crazy, but this picture took quite a while! I think Utau's Lunatic Charm is very fun to draw but also very difficult!
I was thinking of maybe coloring this on MS Paint so you could see where all the colors are supposed to be.
