When They Were 13 Round Two

It's James Norrington and Cutler Beckett as teenagers! Once again, here's my idea of their backstories:

James: Grew up pretty wealthy, father probobly was in the navy.

Cutler: Father probobly worked for the EITC, that's how he got involved in it. He grew up a normal boy of the middle class.
