Davey Havok. Again. You guys must be getting tired of this guy, yeah? So much art of him, he's too pretty not to draw. I can't remember how long this took me but it seemed to be less than an hour, I hardly had any trouble on it, just with his lips. I think it came out pretty good, not quality-wise but it looks like him.
