HI EVERYBODY!! I know I haven't been on in FOREVER!! SOrry if I haven't been commenting your stuff, the email system wasn't filling me in for a while. Now it is, and I thought I'd let you all know about my project! :D
It's called 'Chilled' and I'm working on actually getting it published! I'll be giving you guys some little flavors of this new series! Please root me on for my goal to finish this by April of 2009!
It's about 4 lab experiments from the govornment trying to create super-humans by using genetic engineering to combine human dna and animal dna so that the humans they create have animal abilities and can then go fight wars. Their problem is they look too much like animals, and the results get tested on, abused, and never let outside.
In the first chapter, a little boy opens their eyes to how the world would really love to see them, and gets them to go outside.
Second chapter, the girls go to a petstore, and we find out more about their abilities as hybrids. They save a child from getting attacked by an angry dog.
Third chapter, The girls find out about veal through a ballet-dancing calf and his egotistical parent. We find out about the generations, and how far the experiments have come.
Fourth chapter, the girls are walking around outside and Paris is pushed infront of a bus by the girl who had been sent to testing. Paris gets into a hospital and is near death. In the meantime, we hear about Fry's story about her time at the test labs.

If I meet my goal and get finished by april, I'll be selling copies at ACEN 2009 in May!! Look for me in Artist Alley, Wish me luck!!! :D

Things in my Novel are::
LIGHT swearing- no A's, B's, C's, or F's
OR at least not on purpose :3
YURI!! YURIYURIYURI!!! NO SEX though... some girl in bed with girl naked snuggling, though. That's about it... Oh, and of course kissing and touching :3
NO EXPOSED NUDITY!! You will not see anything except thongs popping out and hair covering boobs
Violence... OMG the violence!! BLOODBLOODBLOOD!!! OPEN BODYPARTS!!! GORE!!! This is really bad!! There will be a lot of death and torture going on. Not for the squeamish... or at least I'm going to try to make it :)

Sweet ^^ Looks and sounds pretty cool :D The characters all look really cool and interesting, and just from this like they have personality :D And their hair is all really pretty =] Pretty sweet shading and positions and I love the different styles of eyes =D Published??? Wow!! That is so cool!!! Go Cecoeluv, you can do it!!! wooooo! Thank you so much!! ^-^ I always love your comments :3 *hugz* I'm glad you noticed the eyes. When I started this I told myself I wanted their eyes to all be different. There are too many mangas I see that they all look the same, only with different hair and outfits. I wanted to be sure that if I did a close-up of the eyes, people would know who they're looking at :) And yeah, unfortunately I won't be posting it here. Only a little bit! like sneak peeks!! ^p^ I don't want anyone getting free-rides if I'm going to publish this!! Mua ha :3 But I like you, so maybe you'll get special one-time-only free copy!!~if this happens >.<~My reply to Crazyforjapan123 explains my plan :3

I'm not 100% on if it will happen, but all I'm going to do (hopefully find some time in August or after school-starting-stress dies down) is go to the local library, there's a HUGE book on publishers for different things with their contact into and general etc. I had looked through it a while ago for another comic I was doing, the comic fell through so I didn't bother ever getting in touch with any publishers. But it's definately VERY helpful! But I'm sure it'll be hard too. I just found out I'm pulling my deadline to like march or febuary because it takes a lot longer to get published than I thought >.<;CrazyForJapan123 on July 8, 2008, 4:03:49 AM
