Triel Baenre

Here's my first concept sketch of Triel Baenre, Matron Mother of the First House of Menzoberranzan. I haven't read the War of the Spider Queen novels, so I really have very little clue as to what Triel looks like. I heard somewhere she was relatively short and stocky with a wide face. Ehhhh, I dunno. <br />

So, I based her outfit on her mother's, because I was looking at the comics and realized only matron mothers wore black and wore full on skirts. Triel's mother (when she was alive) wore an armor skirt much like this one. I dunno. I thought it was interesting. <br />

I might color this sometime soon, as I really do not want to study, and have Forgotten Realms on my mind anyway. <br />
