Mother's day dragon

i drew this for my mom for mother's day. sorry it's darkened the way it is. i drew it really lightly so i could do a bunch of detail shading... but as a consequence my scanner didn't pick up half of it. but please comment on it! even though the image looks horrible... i'd like to know what you think (just look past the bad looking shading and darkness :P)
