The name, catosaurus, the color, transluscent and the fuction...hm...how about...all of them. It doesn't use them due to three things. It being a good experiment but, also fearful one too. It fears if it uses them it won't be able to stop and will use it's powers for evil and it feels the pain of others. Number. How about of this one doesn't have a number. It's just one that was created by accident, but was abused and neglected by Jumba's girlfriend. It wan't designed to feel pain but it can, however, it as I said before, has the abilty to feel the pain of others! Every time it used one of its powers to defend itself, it would hurt someone and in return, would feel their pain. It was sent to earth and has been looking for Stitch and Lilo ever scince Stitch arrived! Currently, its main function is to find Lilo.
