Backstory: To tell you the truth, what little isn't told in other peoples' pasts isn't much else. I was born and raised in Megakat City, and went to pre-school, elementary school, middle school, and junior high with Chance Furlong and Thomas Purrson. When we were little, the boys avoided me a lot... they used to play the "she-kats have cooties" game. In any case, when we got older, they got over that, and I was accepted into their friendship. In high school, while I kept in touch (and went to prom with them), I attended St. Katerine's, an all-girl's school, instead of Megakat High. Once out of there, though, I joined the Enforcer Academy with Chance and Tommy. We're all three pilots now, and Tommy swears up and down he's going to marry me as soon as he has enough money. I'm just waiting for the day he proposes for real!<br />

Personality: I'm very friendly and sociable. I love people and being around people. Unfortunately, I suffer from an anxiety disorder, which I take medication to regulate. So far, this hasn't affected my piloting skills. I have trouble sleeping if I get worried, which is often, given how Chance and Tommy tend to be. My dream is to become a famous writer, hopefully of mystery fiction and children's literature. Of course, I'm sure I can think of a lot of good stories... whenever I'm not behind the control stick of a jet!<br />

Another of the characters in the story I'm working on ("Mavericks"). Alanna was Thomas' sort-of-fiance, left behind when he died. According to a letter Chance receives in the beginning of the story, Alanna eventually got married to a man named Himal Ayan (her full name now being Alanna Elizabeth Katherine Longtail-Ayan) and had a son that she named Thomas.<br />
