Description
A whimsical picture I did of Katara from Avatar. This will be one of many Avatar pictures I'll be working on to finish before SugoiCon, as I plan on selling this as a print as well as a poster.
Coloring style is extremely simple as per the style of the show. Still, this was really fun to do. I'm not happy with the hands, but eh.

Bubbles made with the help of B1nd1's bubble tutorial.
Water done with the help of [url=runny-babbit.deviantart.com]Runny-Babbit's[/url] water tutorial.
