Yep, it's Alucard. My mom got me a couple of Hellsing mangas for Christmas, so they kinda sparked this. I know the title is welfare, but I suppose it'll work. If you fullview you can see that he's got blood on his cheek. Because... OHNOEZ HE ATE SOEMONE!!!!11! Hopefully it was Ms. Donnison, right Jessica? I drew this at my grandmas house, and it was pretty hilarious what my cousins had to say. One was like '...you shouldnt be drawing that. It's bad.' Because he's a vampire. Best reply was from my fatass auntie Wanda, she said 'Wow, is that supposed to be you?'. <br />
