OMG I FINALLY PUT UP SOMETHING DECENT!!!!!! XD
Lol, well anyway, these people are Dylan and Melanie, and btw they are cousins. They are in my manga spin off od Double Trouble, Confessions of a Rock Star: The Zakuro Barahime Story. These two come in when Kohaku is accepted into a college in California, Dylan being Kohaku's new rioom mate and Melanie being in the same class as Kohaku.
However, both Melanie and Dylan surf. Melanie has actually entered competitions and won stuff, including a couple of embarassing nicknames. Dylan, doesn't compete, but all he wins are trips to the hospital. X3;;;
