Maru!

Anywho, this is Maru, another character in C.O.A.R, he is an old friend of Zakuro's and has had some crazy times with her. XD
However, months before Kohaku comes from a college in L.A for the Holidays, Zakuro get's a phonecall from Kohaku. Zakuro asked how Melanie did at a surf tourtament that happened down there recently, Kohaku tells her she won gold in her division and second overall. (I dunno how they work, sue me. XD)Maru hearing this, then tells Zakuro he woukd like to speak with Melanie about this, so Kohaku calls Melanie down, who is excited to talk to someone with the same interest in surfing. So, they talk and talk for the time through. :)
A few months later for the holidays, Kohaku, Melanie, and Melanie's cousin, Dylan come down. Meanwhile, Maru is at the beach, teaching Zakuro to surf. (XD) Just as he was about to hit the water, he hears a voice. He turns around, and there stands Melanie, with her surfboard, swimsuit (think the one in the picture on FAC) and energy for the sport. After a while of surfing against eachother and having Zakuro watching, they head back to Zakuro's.

And shall I meantion that Maru falls for Melanie. X3 Here's a list of the fluffy hints. X3
-There's been a couple of guys that have been flirt with Melanie during her vist, leading to a punch in the face by Maru for the guys.
- Before Dinner, Maru's napping, o Melanie wakes him up, he shoots up and collides heads with her, leading to a kiss. X3 (Maru was blushing afterards )
- Maru's odd way of flirting with Melanie is to push her buttons and get her annoyed, like for example, the two are playing a game of volleyball, and Maru gets tangled in the net. Melanie untangles him, but he makes d@mn sure he's tangled up again. XD;;;;
-I dun think this is in it anymore, but in one part, not knowing Melanie is there, realizes that he really truly loves her, Melanie in shock, falls off a dock, now soaked.
