Yes. It. Has. Happened. I have jumped on the bandwagon, caffeine and all, and made a Naruto OC!
I don't really draw fan characters, mainly because I am often repulsed by the number of Mary Sues flooding the fan-character categories! Be Original People!
Anyway I based her on a Japanese folklore demon called a Nue (which is also her name, coz I'm shamelessly uncreative with names) and she 'brings misfortune and illness' in the form of assassinations. Nice.

She isn't tied to any particular village, and always hides her face with a dragon mask, leading to her nickname 'The Bloodstained She-Dragon'
When she isn't killing this that and the other, she makes a living off robberies and banditry, so I guess that would make her a criminal!
I tried to keep her as un Mary-Sue-ish as is possible, but her *profession* requires better than average looks, as she is a female assassin, and needs to charm her target then BOOM they're dead! XD
I will do a updated pic of her later, but I've had this idea for a while, and wanted to get it on paper before I forget it!
On another point, I picked up a really really awesome religious (I can't remember which one!) god mask today, that seems to resemble a dog/werewolf, for only £20! And its mouth moves! I love it to bits! XD
