Glimpse of the Past (Feat: Noa and Lauren Sukor)

A picture seemingly innocent, in reality it's stuffed with such a heavy load that a short description will never be able to do it justice. It's a glimpse into the past of my PC Lauren before tragedy and PTSD claimed his mind and body forever. 

This picture was taken by his father a talented alchemist, without the help of magic. It was a very expensive and inefficient method of taking pictures and quite honestly a waste of money if anything, it honestly explains how the Sukor's life in poverty came to be, a man with the obsession to 'invent' the next breakthrough, neglecting the fact that he's making his family suffer in using all available fortune in doing so. The poverty that ultimately caused a domino effect causing 8 year old Lauren to make a choice which he can't ever forgive himself for.
