Fantasy character

I don't actually know why I drew this or who she's meant to be, but I've had a number of suggestions from Charlie:
"Is she the Grim Reaper?"
"Is she the Grim Reaper's sister?"
"Is she the Grim Reaper's mum?"
"Is she the Grim Reaper's auntie?"
"Is she the Grim Reaper's daughter?"
"Is she the Grim Reaper's slaaaaaave?" (Yes, Charlie's perverted, but she's cool that way)
"Is she the Grim Reaper's farmer?"
