Aw man...this picture is DEFINITELY old, and I did a horrible job D: But yeah, that''s my OC Anjelika Smith and Riley, like in the beginning of Boondocks, though just with Anjelika in Riley''s frame XD; I''ve seen the beginning sooo many times.
I actually just used colored pencils, pencil, and a marker to outline it, which came out baaaad since I don''t have rulers....
