:0 Second Human drawing n_n This is my character Chizzy (the little armless cat) After she got hit by the neopets pet zapper!
Nos 'n Chizzy were playing with it in attempts to change chizzy back into a cat from a turkey. But Knowing the pet zapper she ended up a human. And since humans can't run around naked like animals, she had to get some clothes.
But normal pants were lame, and boring, So CHizzy stole Nos' pajamas and cut them up to make THESE sexy smiley-pants x3
