Oreana (for bookworm369)

This is Oreana, a water elemental character for bookworm369's "contest." He needs people to draw characters from a book he is writing. If you like to draw fantasy, please help him out!
 
Oreana is basically human, but has fin-shaped ears, webbed fingers, and blue hair. Her robe depicts rain falling. She carries a staff with a special crystal that constantly generates water.  Sorry about the paper wrinkles, I was too lazy to make a background. I hope you like it, bookworm!
