Have you ever heard of Mary Sue? If you have, then you might be interested to know that this character, Sailor North, Keeper of the Northern Heart, was created to be a Mary Sue. I'm so horribly fascinated by these creations, I just had to make one of my own (as a joke between me and a friend, only as a joke, I promise). I chose the Sailor Moon universe because it's so perfect for Mary Sues.<br />
<br />
However, if I ever feel like writing fanfiction involving this girl and her friends (Sailor East, South and West (of course)), feel free to stop me.<br />
<br />
But she's pretty, right?

A Mary Sue is what you call the beautiful, smart, good at everything and loved by all characters that fanfiction authors make up and put in their fanfictions. These characters usually become romantically involved with the author's favourite character from the show/book/manga/whatever, and if things turn really bad, there's even *shudders* badly written sex-scenes.

I carry around a burning, all-consuming hatred towards these characters, or rather the people who create them (especially when they bash canon couples or fanon couples made up of canon characters because they want their character to be the one with one of the coupled characters). But at the same time, I'm incredibly fascinated by the whole Mary Sue phenomena. I love hating her!
