Haha That was the funniest episode I have ever seen and this awesome drawing catches the essance of it.
kakashi's face seems a little mishapen, and the person on the right's face (you should have more distinction between sakura and sasuke's face) i think is a bit chubby. and to make it neater, maybe you should erase the lighter/sketchy pencil lines.
the idea of this is very cute :) !
