RC

I just felt like drawing, and I came up with this random character.  It might not look like it, but this pic took me about three hours to make.  That's because he started out topless, and then I decided to add a vest after I was pretty much finished with him.  I could not figure out how I wanted the pants and vest to look.  Sorry if some of the things are not completely erased. 
Because I had to do a lot of it.  I thought it looked good before I scanned it.
Well here it is, I hope that you all will like it some.
