I was doodling with Wrath-chan (at the same time that Mew Ryou and Mew Masaya were born), and I said randomly and totally off-subject that ''Kyuubi'' always sounded like ''Cubie'' to me.
And thus, Cubie no Kitsune was born. XD.
(For the very backward, the fox in in the shape of a cube. Get it? Cubie? Ahh, never mind...)
