Alice in Chains

So Alice in Chains is having a free concert here tonight (going on NOW), and it's a super secret hush-hush performance that only people who won tickets on our local station 99.9 "The Rock" FM could get into. And apparently it's a very intimate, up-close acoustic performance as memorable as any "Unplugged" performance.

Well, obviously I didn't catch it.

But that's not stopping me from Chains-ing it up around the house. Just finished this pic, and I'm off to go watch my DVD of AiC's 'Unplugged in NY' performance in a bit, here.

Congrats to those lucky locals who DID get to go. I'm sure I'll hear plenty about it tomorrow on the radio.. lol


Gotta love Alice in Chains, even without Layne. I mean I was a huge fan, he was more dear to me than any of the other members, but Layne wasn't necessarily as core to what made AiC what they were, as say, Kurt Cobain was to Nirvana. He was a huge part, for sure, but they seem to be doing alright in his absence. I'm pretty sure Layne would approve. :)
