What do you mean "Not much to say"? Is she a new char or a request or what? You always leav this stuff out XD. The dragon ish cute and I like the thing behind its back. You should probably smear the hair instead of bluring it. Smearing seems to work a lot better. I really like the ears and the thingy behind her back. Something just occured to me. That is a girl, right? I just assumed it was cos of the hair. Don't eat me. Oh, and as for the facial structure, the eyes seem to be in the right place, but the mouth should be halfway between the eyes and the chin. Then the nose can be anywhere in between. I likes the color of the jacket or whatever she's wearing. Or... the way it's colored.
