I was looking at pictures of characters from this old Game Boy game I used to have called Golden Sun. I noticed that Ivan from that series looks a lot like Ed. So this picture was born XDDD

He's 15 too! So that would make him Ed's long, lost twin XDDDThat's what made me decide he looked like Ed! The adobe/antenna XDD (I know~ XDDD He's a cheater XDDD)
Your theory is a lot simpler than my friend's theory! Her theory is that he dyed his eyebrows purple and his eyes are purple because he's a homunculus XDDD

Maybe I'll make a picture of Ed meeting a few anime look-a-likes XDD
They even have an antenna thingy! (Ed does his on purpose to make himself look tall though. ;3)
And maybe his eyebrows look that way...to match his outfit? 8D

And hey you should have Ed run into an older Allen Walker, I swear to you he looks like Ed with a ponytail! He even has an outfit similar to the one Edo wears in the movie! o3o
