Okay, not my first ever painting, but the first thing I really tried on. I really just felt like painting all of the sudden so I went out in the rain and drove around for half an hour to find a craft store and bought some supplies...this is the result. Not that great really, but I think with some work I can become better. She's faceless because the image was too small for me to really get any detail in. Oh, and if there is anyone who sees this who paints and has tips, they are more than welcome. *_*

thats really good painting, but i do have one thing to say, the pose in ur painting is imposible because her center of gravity is too far off and she would fall right over

I'm a bit of a painter, so one tip i can think of is to use a smaller brush... I know it takes 10 times longer to do it that way, but it does help, a lot... Oh and another thing, my art teacher told me if you do the background first, before the subject, you can make the painting look smoother. So painting from back to front helps a lot too! I soon found that out after messing up on most of my paintings! Oh well! Again, Sorry for such a long comment, but i hope this might help some...
