Whee, it's a snow fairy! I drew this for someone who's sister likes fairies and such. It's not my best coloring job(and we've got neon colors again) but I don't work well with black and white. I need to work on those. But I think the dress and wings are interesting XD.

wow! I love the blue belt on the dress and the way all of it has a sort of blue glow, really good...... But please don't have it in fur!( )( )
