Rocksteady Concept for K-9 Agency

This is the first concept of Rocksteady in how he will appear in K-9 Agency. Whenever the comic gets to the TMNT universe anyway. Who knows when that will be, but I couldnt resist posting this. I based him off of the 1987 version, to pay homage to one of the main shows I used to watch, but some things are tweaked more to my own style too. Today, the playful and dumb villain might seem lame, but to me, that is what made the show alot more hilarious to watch.
