KHSimulacrum: Guardian

Iiiiit's that time again! (finally) Due to some unforeseen problems, Chapter 7 got horribly delayed. However, all is right in the world again, for Kingdom Hearts: Rebirth of the Simulacrum has posted its seventh chapter, The Revenants.

As is said by the author herself, procedure is gonna be a bit different from here on out, the story no longer being hosted on LiveJournal, but a friend's site (twilight.nu). However, there is no need to change any bookmarks or (for those of you who have LJ) friends lists, since she's still going to post entries with the story up, just instead of it being in a cut it's in a link now.

Hookay, well, for those of you who don't know what Rebirth of the Simulacrum is, it's a post-KH2 fanfic about what happens to Roxas. He and the sorceress Rinoa Heartilly (whom many of you may know from Final Fantasy VIII) traverse the universe together searching for the lost pieces of themselves, so to speak. At first their quest seems innocent enough, but when they start hearing tales of the ominous fates of the myserious Simulacrum, things start getting a little more... adventurous.

Slashing upwards into the Heartless with the Oathkeeper in his left hand, he destroyed the Shadow as it pounced towards the men on the decks. At the same time, he swung the Oblivion down between his outstretched left arm and the side of his body, using the tip of his blade to stop the fall and push his body right-side-up.
