Apocalypse

Okies, about the title ... Apocalypse is the working title for the story inspired by this. August (the blonde) lives in a world where the land is ruled by a large energy company, where the price for the energy is (suspiciouly) cheap. August is the adopted heir of the company's owner. One day, the evil, antagonistic captain of the guard decides that he needs a bodyguard, about which August is hardly thrilled, being a rather good swordsman himself. But when the mysterious guard (Kitsune, the purple-haired that you see above) defeats him in a duel as easily as blinking an eye, he must call into question everything he has come to believe is true. What does this stranger want, and more importantly, what is really going on in his country?

Random bits of Apocalypse are now available here. Please note, they are not necesarily from the same part, nor are they in order. So if it doesn't 'flow', that's why. In fact, I would be very surprised if they did.
